Our soil is delivered via contracted delivery services. There are several size trucks available to us and we will assign the appropriate size truck based on the quantity of material that you are ordering or the limitations that the off loading site provides. If you are concerned that the truck won’t be able to maneuver down your driveway or into your construction area, our dispatcher is trained in helping you get the delivery off loaded in the area where you need or is accessible to the vehicle being dispatched.

FAQ

We will work with you to schedule a delivery on a specific date. Actual time will vary based upon a variety of factors including traffic, location and truck availability. A window of time will be given as to when we expect to arrive, however these quoted times are not guaranteed and could change based on the aforementioned factors which are beyond our control.

The order will be billed at the time the order is placed if paying by credit or debit. If you chose to pay by cash or check, then the person(s) receiving the material(s) needs to be present at the off loading site to give check or cash to the delivery driver. The drivers do not carry change or cash with them so it is important to provide the exact amount and change for the order.
